Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Use this page to permanently delete your AppAcademia account and all associated personal data.

⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Deleting your account will:

Remove all your personal information (name, email, phone)
Deactivate your login credentials
Remove your role assignments and school associations
Anonymize your activity history for platform analytics

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1 — From the App:

Open AppAcademia (web or mobile)
Go to Settings
Scroll to Danger Zone
Tap "Delete My Account"
Confirm by typing DELETE

Option 2 — Via Email:

If you cannot access your account, send an email to privacy@myappacademia.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days as required by GDPR.

Data Retention

Upon deletion, your personal data is immediately anonymized. Anonymized, non-identifiable data may be retained for analytics and legal compliance purposes. If you are a student under 16, a parent or guardian may request deletion on your behalf.
