Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within minutes. For school-managed accounts, contact your school administrator. If you signed up with Google, use Google's account recovery instead.

Yes! AppAcademia is available as a native mobile app on iOS and Android. You can also access it through any mobile browser at app.myappacademia.com. The mobile app supports all features including AI tutoring, exam prep, notifications, and offline access for key data.

The platform fully supports English, French, Spanish, and German — including the entire UI, AI Tutor conversations, notifications, and report cards. You can switch languages anytime from your profile settings.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account or visit our account deletion page. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days in compliance with GDPR. For school-managed accounts, the school admin must initiate the deletion.

The AI Tutor is available 24/7 and adapts to your learning level. It can:

Yes! School Branding lets you customize: logo, primary/secondary colors, theme (light/dark), custom CSS, and email sender name. Each school gets its own branded experience. Students, teachers, and parents see your school's identity when they log in.

Yes. All AI interactions are filtered for age-appropriate content. We comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). Students under 13 must have accounts created by a parent or school administrator. AI conversations are monitored for safety and never expose inappropriate content.
